How can I make a reservation?

Choose your walk, check availability, and send your request. Within 24 hours, we will send you a booking confirmation with details.

Do I need to make a reservation? When do I have to book?

Yes, for organizational reasons, booking is required, and must be made on our website at least 24 hours before the walk. Should you change your plans, please let us know as soon as possible, contacting us by email.

Are you professionals?

Our association is managed by licensed professionals. Our activities are led by our members, local volunteers who become your friends and take you around the way a friend would do, passionately showing you places that they live and love, and telling you about their own experience.

How do I meet the “ambassador”?

Our ambassador will hold a clearly visible sign with the logo of Napoli That’s Amore.

How much does it cost?

The walks are free of charge. Napoli That’s Amore is a non-profit organization. Visitors can make a donation directly to the volunteer, or on our website, to show their support to the association so that it can continue to operate.

Why should I make a donation?

Donations make it possible to carry out cultural activities and free walks. Part of the donations will be donated to charities in the area of Naples, or used by our association for the organization of more social activities. Part of the donations is used to cover running expenses necessary for the survival of the association.

How many people can participate in every walk?

In order to offer a more intimate and participatory experience, the maximum number of participants for each walk is 15-20 adults.

Is there a minimum number of participants for these walks?

Yes, our walks require a minimum number of 5 booked participants. If the minimum number is not met, walks could be cancelled or rescheduled, and alternative activities will be suggested. In this case, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

How long do the walks last?

The average length of a walk is 2 hours. You will find more information on the specific page of the walk.

What should I wear?

Naples is a city with a mild climate, with hot summers and cool winters. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. In summer, it is a good idea to bring a hat, sunscreen, and water.

What happens if it rains?

Our walks run even in the rain, so, if it the case, please bring your own umbrella and rain gear. Our volunteers will do their best to make the walk enjoyable even in bad weather.

Why do you ask for my mobile number when booking?

Because it is the only way we can get in touch with you, should you have problems to meet us, or in case of unexpected circumstances.
